Warranty Policy

 

At KINESS, we take pride in the engineering and craftsmanship of our athletic gear. We stand behind our products with a limited warranty to ensure you receive the performance and support you expect.

1. Warranty Coverage

KINESS warrants that our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from an authorized KINESS seller (such as our official website or authorized Amazon store) is required to initiate a claim.

2. What is Covered

  • Structural failure of stabilizers or support inserts.

  • Material defects in the fabric or layers.

  • Significant stitching or seam failures that occur under intended use.

  • Defective fastening systems (e.g., straps/Velcro).

3. What is NOT Covered

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual fabric pilling, fading, or minor stretching over time.

  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper washing, modifications, or use outside of intended athletic activities.

  • Accidents: Tears, rips, or abrasions caused by falls, scrapes, or contact with sharp objects.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any product that has been altered or repaired by a third party.

4. Remedy

If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, KINESS will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the product at no charge.

  2. Replace the product with a new unit of the same model.

  3. Provide a store credit or refund if the product is no longer in production.

5. How to Submit a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@kiness.co with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the defect.

  • Your original order number.

  • A brief description of how the issue occurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, KINESS is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition. KINESS products are not medical devices, and this warranty does not cover any physical injury or health-related claims.
