1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout. * Live Carrier Rates: We use live shipping rates provided by our carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on the total weight of your order and the destination address.

Limitation of Responsibility: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and departed from our premises, KINESS is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KINESS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
KINESS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. KINESS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support team to verify if delivery is available to your specific region.
